I made some ramen last night and added some seafood to make it even better. I used nongshim neoguri spicy seafood noodles. I still get surprised at the strong taste of seafood in the broth. I added fresh mussels and some medium shrimp to the ramen. The only thing missing was seaweed and kimchi. I added some spicy chili powder as well for that kick. I have always loved mussels. I love the bitter taste along with the sea taste.
