Over Snacking & Late-Night Eating

Humans need food to survive, but there is a such thing as too much food. Overeating is a typical thing people do at night. It can be snacks or any other food. Snacking is a normal thing that happens because we don’t measure anything at night. People don’t normally put themselves on a strict schedule. Recently my late-night eating has been the result of terrifying dreams. I ate chili before bed and had dreams I will never forget. There is nothing wrong with late-night eating if it’s done right. You have to stop yourself at some point. Now, I’m not saying stuff your mouth, I’m saying, to manage your time wisely. You also don’t need to eat junk food. Eat some granola or something light.
