Is It Healthy to Skip Breakfast?

There is a saying that says, “breakfast is the most important meal of the day.” That is a true saying. Breakfast is important because it will allow you to be full for a while. If you skip breakfast, you will start to get hungry eventually. Listen, after a full night’s sleep, you need to eat something. It’s not healthy to starve yourself. Your body needs something when you wake up. Even if you drink a smoothie, you will be fine for a while.

I am a morning person, and I have to eat something in the morning. I like eating bagels, breakfast burritos, cereal, fruit, or granola bars for breakfast. I am also a person who doesn’t like eating a heavy breakfast. I need a coffee or water and food to get my day started. When I am in a rush for my morning classes, I will get something from Starbucks. This will save your life.
