A big percentage of people do not workout or have never thought of working out. There are many benefits to working out and eating healthy. For example, you decrease your chance of heart disease, you have more energy, and you increase your life expectancy. The best part is that you don’t have to go to a gym. You can easily workout in your own home. I workout with a live class from my dorm three days a week, and I love it. I use to hate going to the gym during covid so I had to find another way. This was the best thing I have ever done for myself.
I still diet as well which is even better if you are trying to get in shape. You can’t just eat healthy and think that is it. There is nothing wrong with that at all but working out helps even more. You will lose weight faster and become a happier person. Another problem people have with their health is thinking that they have to be a certain weight. If you are eating healthy and working out, it doesn’t matter what size you are. You will reach your goal and the best thing is that you are becoming healthier.
