Is It Better To Buy Vegan, Vegetarian, And Plant-Based Foods Or To Make Your Own?

This topic can go both ways depending on your preference. It’s easier to buy cooked food, but the downside is the price. Vegan, vegetarian, and plant-based foods are already expensive, which is why I hate buying cooked food. Making your food is time-consuming, cheaper, better tasting, and creative. It’s always better to make your food because you never know what they put in nutrition these days. Like me, a college student living on campus, it’s not easy to cook in your dorm. It’s better to buy the food, but if you are near a kitchen which most of the residence halls have, you can also cook your food. The problem with that is that you have to grocery shop and find some recipes.

As a college student, I’m not particularly eager to spend money. I grocery shop and then try to make it last, but we are human and need to eat. The good thing is that there are cheap products you can use. It’s easier to cook if you have a full kitchen, but there are always other ways to do it. You can cook using an air fryer, toaster oven, crockpot, or anything else. You aren’t supposed to have these in your dorm, but who will know (lol). I like to buy cooked food and also make my own. It’s really up to you.

Hi! Welcome to my blog. I am a college student and I am curious about everything. When I get curious, I need to talk about it. Life is amazing and weird at the same time. This is why we must stay positive so that we can enjoy life before it ends.

Wanna say something...
