Saying “No” To The Snacks And “Yes” To Working Out

It’s time to put the snacks down and pick up the rice crackers (lol). I actually really like the cocoa rice crackers. I am back on my workout journey to getting even more healthy. I join “Queen Warriors” which is a paid workout program (14/month) designed to get you in shape and happier. I love the lady who runs it and the whole community is just full of positive women. I do the live classes ever MWF and yoga in the morning. These sessions are around 45 minutes long but they will be having you sweaty. I made the decision to start back working out because I felt so lazy lounging around trying not to die from lack of mobility (lol). I already eat better so to top it off, working out is the best thing I can do for myself. No more snacks I said. Drop the chips and pick up some light popcorn.

This is the perfect time because there isn’t anything to do right now. Time is going slow because of covid and most people are working from home sitting all day, flattening their booties anyway (lol). 45 minutes is nothing of your day to start a workout. This is also a way to feel good about yourself if you are self conscious about your body. Sometimes you just need motivation to get you started. I love when women uplifts one another. It’s all about positivity and the mindset
