What’s In My Fridge Vs What Should Be In My Fridge

Below is a picture of my mini fridge in my dorm. I stocked my fridge after Instacarting food from Kroger. I think I did good but if you know me, I have a problem sticking to dairy free products. I still like eating Yoplait yogurts even though they are not dairy free and are very sweet. I don’t usually buy these but I got them a week or two ago. Maybe I should gone and eat them before they go bad (lol). The other dairy product I have is butter. I usually just put it in my grits. The next picture is a desk draw I have with too much sodium. Every college student stock up on noodles. I can only eat the soy sauce ones because everything else is meat. I also like the chili pepper ones. I also have taco seasoning, kimchi noodles, and honey in there. The other groceries I bought is tortillas, strawberry pop tarts with no frosting, maple syrup, grits, an black beans.


Frozen Food

  • Beyond Meat Patties (2 Package )- I hate how they are so expensive for only two of them but I don’t eat them often
  • Crinkle Cut French Fries- I have a mini air fryer, so I always like to buy French fries. It’s an easy snack or meal
  • Gardein Ground Beef- This is my favorite plant based ground beef. I can make so much with it which is why I always buy it
  • Gardein Sausage Patties- I am happy there are many breakfast items for people who don’t eat meat. They are still around $4 but I guess they are worth it (lol)
  • Boca Veggie Patties- These are also delicious plant based burgers. They are juicy and are quick in
  • the microwave
  • Morning Star Farms Meatless Chicken Wings- These are my favorites. I also like buying the buffalo meatless wings
  • Seasoned Hash Brown Patties- I got these to eat before classes. I can quickly pop them in the air fryer and leave
  • Seasoned Brussel Sprouts- These are in a bag, so you just throw them in the microwave and eat them with anything
  • Bean Burritos- Just something to eat


  • Mediterranean Salad- It’s in a bag, so I don’t have to eat it all at once. It looked so delicious, I had to get it
  • Tofu- I will be using tofu to try to make different things soon. You can do so much with tofu.
  • Tofurky- I bought this to make some sandwiches
  • Yogurt- Some snack food
  • Fat Free Greek Yogurt- I bought the Greek yogurt because I did not find a dairy free one. I know they have them but I needed it to make some overnight oats
  • Dairy Free Fat Free Milk- I just needed some milk
  • Butter- I shouldn’t have it but it’s been in there for a while
  • Veganaise- Vegan Mayonnaise
  • Ketchup- Just some more condiments
  • Pizza sauce- For my veggie pizzas
  • Water- You can never have enough water
