!Making Green Onion Kimchi!

I attempted to make some Korean green onion kimchi and it turned out good. I was surprised of the taste because I am still not use to the taste of gochujang. Asians use that sauce for everything, so I wanted to make the recipe correct. I love the taste of regular kimchi so I wanted to try something new.


  • Green Onions
  • Gochujang
  • Soy Sauce
  • Garlic
  • Olive Oil
  • Sesame Oil
  • Sesame Seeds

I didn’t have any fish oil but it still tasted good. I used 4 big spoons of gochujang and mixed everything else together. I didn’t measure everything because I did it to my liking. It’s still crazy that Korean food taste like this. Not in a bad way but in an interesting way. This recipe was very easy to make.
