Running Feels So Free

I woke up at 6 am and went for a morning jog on a running trail. I came home for the break and told myself that it’s time to get in shape. I was risking it going to the gym at my school but I stopped going and just walked and jogged outside or I would workout in my dorm. I felt so lazy so it felt amazing going outside this morning. The cool air and breeze from the wind is what makes running amazing. It’s better to exercise when there is cool air so you don’t pass out.

The best time to wake up is sunrise because it’s blue and cool outside. It’s also really quiet which means you can run or walk in peace. You can listen to music or listen to podcasts while you are exercising which is what I do. I always start off by stretching and walking, then I start jogging. I did something so funny this morning to test something I saw. On the episode of “friends”, where Phoebe and Rachel was running, Rachel judged the way Phoebe was running. Her running was wild but she said it feel so free, so I tested it out. I did that exact run while no one was around and I bursted out laughing afterwards. I did that run about three times because it does feel free. I love it but I bet I looked crazy.

Everyone should just run. I actually liked running faster than jogging because it was more energy but I felt better afterwards. Health is important which is why I am trying to get back to working out. I propose that everyone just free run once in a while.
