Sautéed Bok Choy w/ Mushrooms:
Ingredients: Bok Choy, Mushrooms, Soy Sauce, Red Pepper Flakes, Garlic, Salt/Pepper, Chili Powder, Olive Oil, Water
Preparations and Directions
Take 1 Whole Bok Choy ( Wash and cut off the ends) and set aside. Next take the mushrooms of your choice (Washed) and set aside. Using a nonstick sauté pan, drizzle the oil and add the garlic. Add the Bok Choy immediately after so you don’t over cook the garlic and flip a couple of times. Add 4-5 tablespoons of water and toss. Next add the mushrooms ( Add how many you want) and cover for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes add Salt/Pepper (To your taste), 1 teaspoon of chili powder, 2-3 tablespoons of soy sauce and cover for 5 more minutes. Lastly, let it sit for 2 minutes and enjoy.
This meal is very delicious and filling. Funny thing is that I ate all of this by myself because I love my greens. You can add anything you want to it. This dish is perfect as a side dish.
