A Way To Start Your Day

Recently the weather has been feeling great. That is a good thing because other places haven’t been. Don’t ask, I don’t know why I have to say something good then immediately make it negative (lol). It’s a habit that I can’t get rid of. Anyways, the best thing to do in the morning is to grab a nice drink and take a walk. Get your blood pumping and stretch. It feels too good to be inside all day. There is nothing wrong with being inside either.

If you wanna stay inside, then wake up and stretch and drink some coffee. Watch some TV or read a blog called “Unlistid” (lol). I will start posting more positive things for the morning birds and save the scary stuff for later. Am I the only one who likes to read about death in the morning? I need to know what is going on before I leave my dorm so I am not clueless for the rest of the day.

You can read in the morning if you a book person. Your probably like “who reads in the morning”. It doesn’t have to be just a book. The point is to get your brain moving in the morning. I read the news every morning or I will read quotes. Reading quotes will definitely help you. It’s nice to read positive things if you are feeling down. I will explain to you guys my morning currently.

I woke up exactly at 7am because I had a class at 8am. I first looked at the news to see what happened because something always happens when you are asleep. I then got ready to watch my lecture. Even though we are in separate groups, I had to watch the lecture on zoom. After that, I had to take an object of my choosing to the philosophy hall for a performance tomorrow. Side note: I will make a separate post talking about this. While waiting for a teacher to come, I sat by the water fountain outside taking pictures and listening to music. I listen to some Lana Del Rey, Dua Lipa and Blackpink. I then talked to my philosophy teacher in her office and we talked about feminism. She recommended me a book called “Feminism is for everybody” by Bell Hooks. Next I went to the library to print off chemistry work and to look up job professions in my field. After that I went to Starbucks and ordered kiwi lemonade refresher. That was my first time trying that and it is so good.

While walking out of the library, they had a full table set up for pride and were giving out all sorts of cute colorful buttons. I represent so of course I got some. I put them on my book bag. Lastly, I walked back to my dorm and I am currently waiting to go to physics lab. I had a good morning and I can’t wait to read that book. I am a feminist and it’s not surprising. I did all that in 2 hours and I have a couple of hours for a break.

I might not be able to stay positive in the morning because I be too anxious to talk. Most of the time, I can’t wait until later to talk about dark things but I will try. No promises though.
