Easy Healthy Delicious Couscous Bowl

This recipe was easy to construct together. Since I am in college, my mom helps me by making meals I can eat and coming up with new ones. For this recipe she made all the things to go inside the bowl and put them in containers so that I can put them together. You can put just about anything in them so I will tell you what is in mine.


  1. Couscous of your choice
  2. Boiled Lentils (Boiled in vegetable broth)
  3. Roasted Carrots
  4. Roasted Butternut Squash
  5. Roasted Broccoli
  6. Quinoa
  7. Black Beans & Corn w Chopped Onions
  8. Tahini Sauce
  9. Roasted Brussels Sprouts (Add on)
  10. Annie’s Vegan Shiitake Sesame Vinaigrette (Add On)
  11. Salt & Pepper

This recipe is so easy and so good. It really fills you up. There are a lot of ingredients which are healthy. Perfect for vegetarians and vegans. I was surprised of adding the tahini sauce because I have never had it but it taste great with it. The best thing was adding on the vinaigrette because it makes the dish even better. The vinaigrette taste tangy and foreign.(lol)
