We are in a time right now where anything can happen. People are literally dying everyday now so you have to be aware. Death is around every corner so who knows what’s gonna happen. You can see someone one day and the next day, never see them again. When that happens, you then feel guilty because you didn’t talk to them that much. It’s a sad feeling to know that you loss someone. To know that you will never see them again. You never know what someone is going through unless you ask them, they tell you or you find out from someone else. There is so much going on at this moment, you can’t focus on other people right now even if you want to.
There are around 650,000 plus more deaths right now and billions of people grieving just like you are. With nearly 16 million covid-19 cases worldwide, there are gonna be many more. You can’t stay in the sad darkness forever. You have to learn to just get up and go even if you can’t. Call your family and ask how they are doing. Stay in touch with friends and see what’s new. Death is scary and you don’t wanna leave someone knowing you could have done more or said more. Life is really something. When it gets crazy, I begin to think that life isn’t even real. It can get so bad that you go numb but you have to get out of that. You can’t stay frozen in silence because of sadness.
To think that someone is actually dying while I am typing this post or while you are reading this is crazy. I hope that we start to remember that we are still here and that we can make our own choices. We may still have a virus but you don’t have to be so sad. Killing yourself over a what if is not the answer either. There are many things you can do like writing about it or talking about it. You don’t have to that either if you don’t want to. You can take a long walk and talk to yourself about your problem. At the end of you walk, let out a big scream. It will feel amazing. Screaming out loud is a good stress reliever. Life is precious but if you aren’t careful, it can take a dark turn real fast.
