Working on Yourself

Take time time rebuild yourself mentally and physically. You can start by waking up earlier and going for a walk or stretching. I woke up at 5:30 am and stretched so I can go to the gym at 6:00 am. I worked out in the gym for 30 minutes and walked around the campus for 30 minutes. It felt amazing. I am currently sitting in the library drinking a ice caramel cloud macchiato and watching the news. I did a lot of running this morning to stretch my legs because I didn’t wanna get out of bed, especially on a Monday. (lol)

I am gonna try to wake up early every morning. This coffee is really good by the way. I ate eggs and 2 biscuits for breakfast with a glass of water so I am already nourished. I decided about 33 days ago that I want to work and change myself because I want to be healthier. I use to eat a lot of snacks and fried foods but they are gone. I don’t need them. I tried to eat a snack the other day but I didn’t enjoy it because it was too sweet. I don’t even think about meat anymore. Im so used to not eating it anymore that I just pass it. I now need to just cut down on the white breads and pasta. I do have a end goal that I want to get to. I am also working on building up my muscle because I want to get stronger. “Stay Positive”
