Start slow at your pace. Start walking on the treadmill then you can eventually start running off the treadmill. Workout your legs first so they can get strong. You should always stretch before working out so that you can workout more. Incorporate pushups in your workout to fit your arms. Then when you go to the gym, you can add more to your workout. You should add more every time you go to the gym. Weight lifting also helps. They have a lot of weight machines that are perfect for beginners. Just start with light pounds the add more to your pounds. Working out is suppose to make you feel good about yourself so don’t pressure yourself.
