Diet and Workout Results

This has been really interesting but very rewarding. I do have a goal that I want to get to. My goal is about 140-150 because of my height. I am 5’8 so that is a healthy weight for me. I was 226 and after 30 days, I am down to 207. That is really good. I am gonna continue to stay on this diet but I just won’t post about it. I am so happy because I stuck to this diet and even rewarded myself from time to time. I just came from the gym because I am officially off my menstrual cycle so I am trying to hop back on it. I am sore and that is good. Im so happy. Stay positive.
