I stopped eating meat 30 days ago and I don’t miss it. There are many options to choose from that are not meat. You have tofu, veggie burgers, soy, fish, etc. A lot of people don’t like tofu but I like it. There are many things you can do with it. Tofu stir fry is really good. I also like soy nuggets because it has a chick nugget texture. Veggie burgers made out of black beans are the best because they are spicy and made with beans and veggies.
If you want to try to stop eating meat just to try it, I recommend cutting out beef and pork first. I 100% think bacon is the easiest thing to stop eating. Not eating meat didn’t change my hunger drastically because I made sure that I ate a lot of fruits and vegetables. I always made sure that I was full.
