Day 26: Diet and Workout

Cramps! Im in so much pain. I hate cramping as do everyone. I ate breakfast, lunch and I am treating myself to some Chinese food for dinner. Im gonna eat some shrimp. I also had to do a 30 minute cardio workout for my class while I was cramping. Anyways, for breakfast I ate…

Eggs, cheerios w/ granola and soy milk, 1 biscuit and 1 banana

For lunch I ate… 1 veggie burger with spinach, potatoes, Alfredo pasta, seasoned zucchini and water

My workout was a 30 Minute Cardio Workout
