Day 19: Diet and Workout

I am so sore while typing this post. I am taking a wellness class this semester and now starting Fridays, we have to go to the gym for the class period and workout. Today was the first day in the gym with my class but it was fun. We had to do as many laps as we could in 12 minutes. Walk, jog and run. My total = 9 laps. Oh my god, it hurts but I was proud. Im definitely gonna start running. My breakfast was good but I think Im gonna cut down on the bread now. For breakfast I ate…

2 pieces of french toast, 1 biscuit, eggs, and a banana

For lunch, I ate one veggie patty, broiled fish, potatoes, spicy cauliflower w/ beans and a salad

I am gonna snack on some popcorn now 🙂
