Spicy Broiled Fish, Squash, Rice, pasta with white sauce and a salad

The meal was so good. I got really full. I didn’t finish it but I got really full. I also did my workout today. I wasn’t in the mood because there was so much going on today with death. I just did a 15 minute power walk on the treadmill, 1 Lap on track, and a 15 minute walk outside. I try to do some kind of workout for 30 minutes.
