I feel good right now. Day 3 of my diet is going well. I stay hydrated with water and a little orange juice here and there. I get full faster because I try to eat more for breakfast. Today for breakfast I ate…

Eggplant Gumbo, Greens, potato wedges and corn

For dinner I will eat a veggie burger with a salad or fish. Schools on campus dining have a lot of vegetarian options. It is so helpful for people who are vegetarians or for those who want to start.
