Campus dining halls have really good vegetarian choices so they are really useful. They have all types of tofu, beans, salads, veggie burgers and much more. I stopped eating at 1 pm because I got so full, also I was cramping. I didn’t purposely stop eating that early but you ladies know what I am talking about. I had a funny snack as well. I say funny because I kinda lost distraction because I was rushing. I went to Starbucks and bought a slice of lemon pound cake. I ate it and started laughing because I forgot I said no deserts but it was a mistake. It happens and you just laugh it off and get back on track. Start you diet today!
